This is so dumb how they have this now I am getting another phone I can't deal and then when you call them they act stupid!

First off all of you angry citizens need TO COOL YOUR JETS. There is always a solution, so just call the apple store again and talk about it NICELY with ten. I understand your frustrated but imagine a world without Apple
